What is an air handler?
An air-guided climate module that uses chilled water from a connected chiller to cool air and direct it into rooms or production areas. Unlike a chiller, the air handler does not generate the cooling itself but distributes it. This makes it particularly suitable for temporary solutions where a permanent air-conditioning system is not an option.

Important to know: an air handler does not work on its own, only in combination with a chiller. This is not an alternative but a prerequisite.

What is an air handler needed for?

How loud is an air handler in operation?
The current model AIR 05 has a sound pressure level of around 80 dB(A) at a distance of 10 m – this should be taken into account when choosing the location.
